The Conference Company (TCC) are a large New Zealand owned business specialising in the design, organisation and running of large-scale, global conferences and awards ceremonies.
With a name as descriptive as theirs, The Conference Company has never had an issue communicating their primary service. However, in a fast moving industry, where embracing new technology and innovation is paramount, TCC’s brand image had grown stale and it’s message dated.
South were approached by TCC to help define the company’s values, understand it’s future ambitions and explore how to present the brand as not only leaders in their field, but innovative forward-thinkers.
We challenged The Conference Company to project an image that would transform the business and its clients journeys, giving them the right tools to communicate more effectively into future markets.
